We stayed at Hotel Capsulas Cancun (Green Caps) for 4-5 days while visiting from Houston, Texas—and it was amazing! The bathrooms were super clean, and each guest gets a personal locker in the room, which made us feel safe and organized. The capsule-style beds were really cool—clean, comfortable, and felt like we were sleeping in space! The whole place has a modern, futuristic vibe. The price was very reasonable, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancun. I’ll for sure be coming back to stay here again
Kinda disappointed that I had extra charges but other than that it was an okay place to go. You get what you pay for. Their location is great. A five minute walk to the beach with a supermarket on the way
Great location, Capsules are comfy with air circulating. Capsule doors lock so you don't have to worry about someone accessing it when your gone (they can be easily unlocked from the inside and you're given a key card to unlock the outside. ) You're also given a nfc bracelet to unlock your locker on the main floor. Supermarket and entertainment within short walking distance.
The hotel is still working some details, but it serves its purpose. Quiet location. Restroom and shower area need somework. however, staff is really helpful. Would recommend to any one familiar with capsule hotels.
A very friendly staff at the reception, very helpful, other than the first night cut of electrical system ( obviously not the hotel fault was an outside think ) , everything was really fine , especially the 2 guys at the reception very helpful and friendly. Thank you, I’ll be back again next time .
Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. I stayed for 5 nights. Perfect location - close to the ferry, a supermarket, many restaurants, pharmacy, other shops. Clean facilities. Great privacy in a pod!
Very clean and well-maintained; attentive staff. I don't if I would have the same thoughts about this place if it was high season with a lot of occupants, but for a couple of nights stay during the week in low season, my wife and I both enjoyed it thoroughly.
The staff was incredibly friendly. We lost our room card, and they didn’t charge us for anything.
